Andrew Pearce

Andrew's aim is to increase choice for individuals and teams who want the freedom to be their true selves.

Andrew is a UKCP registered psychotherapist (Dip NLPt) and a certified trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (INLPTA). He is an experienced Human Resource specialist and trainer and has worked as a professional development coach with senior managers and executives.

Prior to founding Prydale Partners, Andrew worked for Marks and Spencer for 15 years in a range of roles in the UK and Irish Republic, latterly in the area of management development for the top 50 managers in the North East of England.

The first chapter of his career, was as a Commissioned Officer in the Royal Navy, including Navigating Officer of a Minehunter during the 1st Gulf War, a round-the-world 'flag flying' diplomatic tour and second in command of a training vessel offering new recruits their first sea-going experience.

Jane Pearce

Jane is a qualified nurse (RGN), Hypnotherapist and Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and holds a Diploma in Counselling. She is a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. She has spent 15 years as full-time mother of 4 children. Now that they are less dependent she is working with both adults and young people in private practice and in schools and has over 1500 hours of post qualification practice experience. She would like to specialise in working with children in care. Jane is a passionate gardener who ensures that family and guests are largely self-sufficient for at least half of the year. Along with Andrew, she is learning as she goes about the highs and lows of hilltop smallholding.
