We are pleased to be able to offer face to face therapy for couples & individuals including adolescents at a growing number of locations so that our services are as accessible as possible.

Prydale

Prydale is an old sheep farm 1300 ft up on top of the North Pennines. We have converted 2 old barns, one as accommodation & the other as an office. The accommodation is The Red Brick Barn.

Inside Prydale Office

The office is an old cattle byre which most people say has a wonderful calm about it and seems to create a safe space where it's ok to talk about anything that's on your mind. As you can see the decor is in keeping with the traditional origins & there are lots of comfy chairs & a log fire. The combination of office & accommodation makes this an ideal spot to come for a few days retreat with some therapy as required. Despite the pictures... it doesn't always snow!

Durham Therapy Centre

Durham Therapy Centre's address is: The Lodge, Flass Street, Redhill, Durham, DH1 4BE. We are located at the top of Flass Street - it's the detached house in the middle of the photo, just inside the entrance gates to Miners Hall.

Note about parking

The Lodge lies within the grounds of Miners Hall which allows some car parking for visitors – after passing through the gates follow the road round to the right and park in one of the free parking spaces provided behind the Hall. Please DO NOT park in a designated space OR in front of the Hall or on the road beside the Lodge.

If there are no available spaces please exit back down Flass Street where there is pay and display parking in nearby streets.

Weardale Physio & Sports Injury Clinic

We're really excited to add this location to our portfolio. It offers fully accessible rooms & facilities for people with a range of disabilities including parking right outside the door. It is a barn conversion which has been finished to a high standard and is fully DDA compliant. It is on a bus route and is most easily reached by car and is right in the middle of Wolsingham, a delightful country market town with a range of small local shops & cafes.
