Corporate Training - Introduction

Last week I listened to Andrew's 4site about Self Leading for the second time and comented on the valuable content. Andrew pointed me to his article on the 4 site. I have been able to use all this information very effectively as a staff management tool and would like to thank Andrew for his help.

It is common knowledge that companies which invest in their most valuable resource, their employees, are better able to maintain competitive advantage than organisations in similar industries that do not.

This investment is most productive when it is helping to develop individuals personally in order to work more efficiently and effectively in not only their specific job roles but also to broaden their skills base. An employee should have the freedom to be in control of his or her career and be helped to manage his or her potential as far as possible.

The training needs to be relevant to the individual rather than training for training's sake. The result is a more motivated and capable workforce which is able to work smarter and with greater confidence and is often more loyal to the company.

Prydale Partners run a number of training programmes - both short courses and intensive 3-day modules - which are tailor-made to account for the needs of your organisation. We will discuss with you what your objectives are - for example, improvements in areas such as efficiency, internal communication, motivation, leadership, senior management development - and develop programmes according to these objectives, taking into account time and budget availability.
